increment and bonus

did a little survey with some clients.
the govt said they expecting a 4% increment.
sad to say, 1/5 had a month bonus, the rest no.
increment bah... none of them have lor
in audit firm, its normal to have increment but its juz the difference of amount.
i got wind that the accounting section of my company is not making money. well... expected...
the audit side mah... i believe all got increase.
boss officially promote me to senior.
but got string attach 1 leh... my audit query must not be more than 1 page... else i get 'demoted'.
my normal standard is 2 pages but i managed to hit 0 page once...

wow!! congrats!! can u tell me wat is the average increment for promotees and non-promotees this year?
and the average nunmber of bonuses? xj
heard market rate is $50 or up to 10% for increment...
er... i the only one promote lor cos the rest are newer than me.
promotion difference only yi si yi si only... juz to tell ppl that u got promoted...
anyway, my name card already printed senior since last yr.
bonus mah... audit firm is very standard. so far, i heard market rate is 1 - 3 mths depend on company profit n how 'niao' ur boss
