juz received my cpf statement and kana scolded by dad...
only 1 topic he will scold lor.. but this time he is creative...

he said "how come ur cpf so little money... how to buy flat..."

being bo liao today with no appointment, i went to look at hdb website...

1) Income more than $3000, cant apply for 3-room... sob sob... 2 person income will hit $3k one lor...
2) Pay admin fee. $10
3) Booking fee $2000
4) Downpayment with all fees eg stamp duty, conveyance fee. this will amount at least $30k lor. where to find such money?! $30, i have lah...
