i not going to talk abt 天一阁 in ZheJiang. its too far and i never been there before.
SPH is building one in Thomson and its was snapped up!
The area of each unit from 1,851 sq ft to 2,820 and the price ranges from $975 psf to $1,200 psf, which is around $1.8m to $3.4m!
no wonder they saying the fengshui very good... hahaha...

But to find such a spacious house is not easy lor. Based on the smallest unit, its almost twice my present house. this exclude the garden, pool, etc.
District 11, is also not far from town.

i went to view Lakeshore, which is next to my house. the place is not very big. u virtually cant buy your own furniture. its study room consist of 1 table which is abt 1m X A4 size and tat's all folk... no bookshelf, no radio, no computer.

bedroom mah... they give u a build-in cupboard. hehee... and u got no space liao.

as for kitchen mah... i think those who like cooking wont really like it lor cos it can only accomodate 1 person.

compare to 天一阁, Lakeshore is 1/2 the size of 天一阁. shiok right...

now... where to find money to buy tat... i still on grass-eating diet, as e debt i incurred is too high. no wonder ppl say u can easily get burn playing shares...
