today is a very expensive day.
not to mention abt youth day, saf day and hk returning to china day. i looking more of the gst increase, scv and net charges increase.
we know that rental had increased this 2 years. business is getting more and more difficult to do. if the rental increased from $3,000 to $5,000, with GST increase. this will work out an increase of $2,200. Again consumer get to 'absorb' the increase.
Nets increased their charges also. some retails may transfer this increase to consumer. This will work out abt 3% increase.
ur house SCV also increase lor...
overall, its expensive to stay here...
those who wanna married or buy house, better do so early...
