my boss is one of them..
told him tat this case is worth $4,000. he will reply '3,800 will do'

then i have to play baddie as usual...
'hey, my boss said 4500. but since we are serving u first time, give u discount 4000'
then the client will say 'wow so x ah' (hm... my client also like to act sometimes)

5min later, i will have to call back n said 'i managed to get u another 200 discount. now its 3800'
client 'wow, md, u so good ah... must have lots of status in ur firm. next yr treat u drink coffee (from pantry)'
