in sg, we are monthly paid. eg, we draw salary of $2000 *12mth = $24k
in uk, they are weekly paid. thus draw $500 * 52 weeks = $26k

hey! we got e same calendar, y paid $2k less?
there are companies who give 13th mth bonus to staff. but are these actually bonus?
to me, no lor. its my yearly paid.

there is no right or wrong but i deem it as my annual pay. so technically, i got no bonus this yr as usual, as it WAS my pay!

civil servants always got 13th mth, AWS etc. gd life lor
those in small companies got none.
for me, i only got my RIGHTFUL share of salary.
