clear leave

i am not happy with the leave system in this company...

e entire office is having -ve leave and they still taking leave... boss is not deducting their salary or anything...
e only person who got leave left is me

Lingping - took 10days, having exam in dec
Mattrew - took 9 days but going korea in dec n exam
JJ - took 10 days, 4 more days next week, 5 days, 5 for wedding
YH - took 7 days, exam in dec
Yuki - took 7 days, exam in dec
The above still owe office leave from last yr..

Jason - 4 days but pro-rate, nov exam + 5 days in dec

me? i still got 10 days this yr, less 5 exam.
