I think japan should also make a decision whether to allow females to access the throne. This problem will still crop up in future.
actually i object having females on the throne.
although there are females currently on thrones but as asian, we should preserve the tradition of having males on throne.
if there is no direct succession, then find cousins lor.
The current Emperor's nephew and their offsprings should also have a chance to sit on it.
