i know... ppl asking y i missing for the whole week...

i was quite upset this week...
so upset that i wrote an edict to stop playing with shares...
(obviously, u know wat happened)

so i was outside the whole day.
at night, i cant sleep well due to that loss.

i juz came back from beer session with my kindergarden/pri sch friends.
it was not planned but i happened to be loittering that area so i dropped by to find them.

forced weijie to pay the bill... in e end i paid, cos his credit card cant swap...
broker called to chase for money. i now in deep shit.

dont worry abt me. u can still see me hopping and laughing. i will be already after a while...

mom's company dinner 07

my company dinner is at CNY office downstair restaurant. nothing to blog about

my mom just had her dinner last night.
after i woke up, she asked me' guess wat i got for dinner? 1st Prize leh! Guess wat prize'

me: Plasma tv got or not? else i not interested
mom: no lah! its e same camera as wat u bought! u bought $399, mine is free.

as 'usual', teacher saying my yu lou chun is better than i singing other songs.
then she said 'if i sing other songs, she wont tell ppl that i am her student. but she is proud if i sing yu lou chun'

after dining, we had a mini wine section. i 'harm-tam' 1 black 1 white, already almost cant make it.
qiuyue saw the reddish spots on my skin. i not an often-drinker, what u expect?

in the end, someone recommended me to continue with red wine to make it full red!

3 more glasses of wine and i am down. omg... e wine n beers still stink in my mouth after i brushed my teeth...

losses

its a sad news but my dear Jeremy had made a worst decision in his life (i think). its worse than marrying a wrong woman and get divorce. Worse than finding wrong job.

he bought a share and is unable to sell it within T+3 day. (we are allowed to contra within this period) he's cursing why no one wanna buy...

if he sold @ T+3, at most, he made a loss of 400 of brokeage.

as he got no money to pay, he had to sell it at a loss of 10k + brokeage of 300

however, he missed the dateline. now he waiting for sgx statement showing how much he had to pay. But i expecting a loss of abt 12k+ due to force sell...

its a painful lesson.

to lose 10k, it will wipe out my wife capital completely! (ps: i had sold my wife capital)

e heaviest loss i had is 3k loss in 1 transaction. over the past few yrs, my P/L stated that without that wife capital gain, i virtually gain nothing except dividends.

yu lou chun 2

was at the singing lesson today.
teacher taught us this song. as usual, there will be explanation of how to sing the song.

she added that this song is the key song for dan, its difficult to sing as it got high and low keys etc. so everyone expecting tat mingde dont know how to sing.

but she said my keys are quite there woh.. it makes me feel so stupid... so i volunteer to do dan next time.

reservist 05

remind me of an incident during my reservist.

a sgt reported sick for his man. sgt went to MO (doctor) and told MO that his man got a big of problem.
my friend is MO's assistant. when he saw this man (indian), he was a bit scared. sgt told MO that they were cleaning weapon for live shooting the next day. sgt told the man smiled at him. u can imagine a dark man smiling at u with his white teeth.

then the section was scared of this reaction.

when we checked his record, guess wat... he is a member of buangkok.

luckily he was stopped from going there...

rain

if u in town, u should know it was raining quite heavily yesterday (tue) evening.

i had to ask jeremy to bring me my umbrella from office as i had left to go for dinner.
the rain came after my dinner, luckily jeremy juz stepped out of the office.

anyway... i was in Dhoby Ghaut Mrt and took out the umbrella again to go over to school. as the usual route was a bit muddy and flooded, i decided to use the long cut via Park Mall.

i believe u all know that there is a traffic light and a new bus lane in that area. as i was waiting for the lights to change green, a young lady in black t shirt was raining towards me. OMG! that rain is so heavy that those without umbrella was taking shelter in the mrt station. wat is wrong with this gal?!

as she was stopping in front of me waiting for the lights also, i lent her some space to take shelter from this storm. Guess wat... 2 more siao ding dong (gals) ran out also hoping to get shelters from kind-hearted souls. an auntie lent them her spare umbrella... (never heard ppl having spare umbrella before...)

after sheltering her to Park Mall, i found that i was half wet n i had to face that cold air con during lesson...

Its not easy for someone to have 4 families and our friend here having 10! Looking at the expenses required, its not going to be an easy one.

usually my mom will be the one in charge but she working...
the whole family, only i bo liao, so i was assigned to this.


by the time i get there, its already 10.30. mom told me not to go too early as it will be crowded if i go too early

however, there is still a queue. u may ask wat queue is this.
after the normal prayers, i joined the queue. its actually a blessing queue. need some blessing after a few wrong decisions this month turning my bank red... sigh...

i believe u know things like walking the bridge, etc. its something like tat but there is no bridge. bx should know better.

we will receive a chop on the clothes after the ceremony by zaizai n he gave me some sweets to eat.

went to tiong bahru market for lunch after that. noted that the motel is almost ready..
this motel used to be hdb but it was converted to motel.
as the area is preserved, the developer cant tear it down.
i wonder how the developer going to earn money....

neh... i not talking abt the opera make up this round.
i was listening to the radio and they invited a special guest for this qing ming. she is a makeup artist call Irene.

so... wat's so special...
she make up for the dead.

i found that this is quite an interesting profession. there are not many such specialist and they need to be specially trained.

she saying that professional (those with certs) can earn at least $1k per case! WOW!!! that will be 30k for a month! hehee... not bad right...

XJ: Maybe u should consider to study this.

anyway, irene said that body rots easily and need to be preserved asap. she saying that she can guarantee that cases under her, will not rot fast and can be on display for at least 10 days to a few months! omg...

miss the days which we went to CCK tomb to sweep tomb.

today we went to my grandfather's place to see him. the first thing i saw when i reach there was a grandmother crying.

this reminds me of the time when my grandfather was still around. he was such a kind hearted guy... its sad that i dont have any pic taken with him.

its been a long time since he's gone. i could now hardly recall how he looked like. so sad...

now i could only say... Grandfather... I miss u...
