i back...
e mystery of y i wanna sleep early last night is made known liao.

i need to go reservist this morning for this whole week... sian...
i got e training program. today is whole day lecture, 2morrow i got an injection to do. i hate doing injections!!!

anyway i slept at 11.30pm but i was disturbed by 2 nightmares. in e end i woke up at 5am instead of e planned 5.40am. sian 1 half.

cant remember e nightmares but 1 is abt ghost story (something like qian nv) the other is abt some war story (a bit like yu niang). how come so opera-like...

there r no songs in e 2 nightmares...

i told her 2 yrs ago tat my Zheng De Xia Jiang Nan is missing. She said tat show is not ours. MY FOOT! i buy 1 ok... Cos the show is abt Ming zheng De (got my name mah. thus i buy tat show)

now i searching for Miao Jin Shan. I asked her if we got e show. (dad buy 1) She said got but cant find it. She now start wondering where is it...

i was watching this show throughout the night til abt 2-3am. i know, its a silly thing to do during weekday. but i not in good mood lor. anyway this problem there is no right no wrong. i had casted the matter aside as it is immaterial n hope to resume ties with those involved. well... i think they still angry with me.

anyway, i juz buy this show on last thurday n throughout fri - tue i was watching the set.
i think this is from disc 9 or 10, i cant remember but when i was watching it i was touched by the lyrics.

dinner with penpal

had dinner with lisa n her bf last night.
actually i heard of this guy's name (weiyang) b4 but never seen him til yesterday. n e silly part is lisa intro me as opera singer. hey! i not expert, i juz started, must she give me such introduction n i could hardly sing...

we went to Hans' to eat, my 3rd trip to the restaurant n the hor fun sucks.

i think tat guy's friends like to go tat place n the couple intro some of the friends there. at first, lisa intro me as penpal to some of these friends. then weiyang decided to intro me as opera singer again...

the friends became curious n start asking abt our performances, shows n my interest. then as usual, finances topic will come in. i think they are quite surprised at my knowledge of dow jones.

they asked how u enjoy this interest (opera). korean n jap series were pulled in. i told them abt the chuan ju i watched the other day.

guess wat... i managed to convince them to come watch our next show. but will they come or not....

club finance

i not very happy with 1 of the committee members today.
email was circulated out last night to get some quotation for our buffet cum bbq on 2 sept 2006. i looking for some quotations on presents n the buffet.

1 clown actually scan me an invoice! the invoice is not $1 lor.
This treasurer had -$1.2k in hand n tat monkey actually throw me a $1k invoice!

this is an organisation lor. he had to find me quotations in which we will discuss on which is e best quote! how could he buy the things! although, the items he bought is wat we required but he still had to find quotations mah else how i answer to the audit committee in end of the year. I cant tell them there is no quotation, we juz buy...

here i m having problems to pay $1.2k of debts n he threw me tat stupid invoice!
i worked out that at most, ppl will pay $15 for the party. with abt $10 goes to the food, i only had $3 to pay with. i need $2 as reserve in case there isnt much ppl coming for the post teacher day celebration. i also hoping tat $2 is profit margin is able to earn some money so tat i can cover my debts.

maybe that guy is too young (only 20), else i today already in bad mood since morning but tat guy is too bad lor. sway guy...

how i get $1.2k debt?? simple: incoporation fee: $300, entertainment tat stupid principal who wants us to go for graduation dnd with nobody entertain us $600. ($60 X 10 person), some bo liao concerts which the school wants us go $300 ($30X 10).

u think we so free to go meh? claim under the club account lah.

today got no plans. as such, i decided to sleep e whole day to make up for e lost of sleep for gcb. (i been sleeping 2am for e whole week)
at 3.30pm, i received sms "hey! where r u? we having meeting leh"
i knew of meeting, it is supposed to b yesterday 2pm but was postponed to today at 1pm yesterday. So disorganised..

so i woke up n dragged myself to the meeting place. guess wat... only 2 person in e meeting. i was so pissed off n started suan-ing them... "so many ppl come meeting ah... cant meet in msn meh"

waste my time to go there to meet for 1 hr...
in e end, we cant approve any plans due to no majority n talked abt some plans amendment. then my chairman suddenly said "e bbq lack of entertainment. mingde, u do a 1 hr show!"

e final day of gcb like wat yanhong said... its fun. e experience is total different
virtually we dont know when to go out, when to come in, when to say things n wat to say as it is a live show.

As we used to doing 'dead' / script show, its very difficult for us.

Everytime, we need to look out for signals. Teacher will signal to us, "u 2 stand here, u 2 stand there", etc. We all looked blur always... Thus e 3 coi soldiers did a clever thing. We push e stage soldier to lead us. Then we juz followed wat she did. Clever right...

Back to normal life, i was doing my routine lunch walking before i returned office.

as i was walking to people's park to have lunch, i accidently stepped on a chewing gum.
not happy lah. i wanted to find another gum to step on, out of mischief. Anyway i predicted tat i will face another chewing gum yesterday.

ya. i slept in office again...
was very tired after last night. but i managed to wake up for some news before going to work. How not to wake up?! i using Do Ma Diao as my ringtone, a 5min long tone.

i took e west train to boon lay first so that i can sit n sleep. its only when i reached tanjong pagar, i realised i forgot to bring office key. immediately sms lady boss, she said no choice wait for boss to come at abt 10... i got so many things to rush today. die lah...

but as i was looking through the file, e sleepy bug caught me. i looked at msn, no1 close to is online. those online r those without topic 1. to start a topic with them, will make me more sleepy cos they will ignore or delay reply.

i took a coke from frigde as suggested by mk. But no help leh. i dose off again.
i being dosing off from 10.30 all the way til 12pm. of cos i dont sleep in office lah, juz dose off, on n off.

DAy 3

Today is even tired than yesterday. I tot my tour ended liao, can rest.
A few of us reached there early. When teacher arrived, we were doing many shen duan at backstage.
Teacher saying that some costumes r dirtied n she was very busy with no helpers. Of cos we were sad tat such incident occurs but its accidential incidents. We all knew tat e costumes r expensive but sometimes its juz not proposely 1 lor.
Our first 2 nights, most of e students are activated. Most of us had things to worry, scripts to remember. Not tat we not wanting to help but zi shen nan bao.

My second night was very relax. After my scene, i immediately xia zhuang to c who need help n to understand e PA system. Anyway i also cant help much, cos i also dont know how to do hair etc...

Guess whose back...I tot i could do a snap shot but kana caught by yixian...

I was 1 person controlling e mic volume, sound vol, cd player, hearing for sound feedback, eyes on hand sign...
Its not a easy job lor. Dont know y handsigns only came when my eyes r on e PA or trying to follow e script.

This pic was taken when i was doing PA 10 yrs ago. E sys we had is a 8 mic sys. 1 person will eye on e control, hands on e control n eyes with e speaker in e room. Another person will look out for signals n follow e script so as to know wat to play next.

E 1 i controlling is a 12 mic system but only using 7 mics. I had controlled a 24 mic sys before. But tat is also a dance performance thus only abt 4 mics r in use

Its much easier than cos most of e time its only e principal talking thus so long as no feedback, we r safe.

During performance, we only need to know when e presenters wish to talk. Else only play music.

But this time is different, music, player, live sound all at 1 time. But only 1 person controlling...

CD with talking n live, i need to look at signals, feedback, music, etc. I believe other shows r easier as they employ professional to look at e sys. Only need a student to ensure that mic exchange is right, music is right n sound is ok. Anything juz tell the crew.

I was very relieved when xiumei took e seat beside me. All the rest r busy helping other friends or teacher with their costumes. RSM finding ppl who r abt to go onstage n run errands. Most of e show was live til second half. Teacher requested to run e cd. Only then my trouble began...

After xiumei went to stage, miko took over. i was adjusting e music as i saw teacher's signal for 'go'. Mk then told me teacher signal 11 and cut. There is no track 11 lor. So we were thinking wat she wants... Then hack it lah... juz cut e cd. I took the cd out n telll e music teacher "pls c wat u can do. My cd is either u play or u stop, u cant skip track".

I ended my tour of acting in GCB, which my mom complains... "y u go up stage only 1 min?"
I told her "i was on stage for 1/2 hr u dont 1 2 c. I on stage for 1 min, u come to see"

During toilet break, i happened to c my mom. so i waved at her n say "no more" (my part over n i had xie zhuang) , guess wat...
she gave me a glare n asked me to shut up.


i got 4 make-up artistic to draw my eyes for me. conclusion my right eye is more difficult to draw. can ask my final helper - mk
ok dont push me liao. i going for makeup lessons next round when it starts.

Very useless guy, was helpless when every1 is busy. Dont know how to help n wat to help.

ya i went doctor again...
e 4th time since i join this company. dont know y i suddenly become so sickening... must be feng shui problem with the office... tell boss to change liao, he dont want...

e first was in Dec after my exam, e second was in feb after Qian Nv's performance, third was in june before exam n now again...

i wanted to go buy camera but e stomach still giving problem...

i used to visit the doctor downstair (Dr Lim) but he's closed. so i went to the 1 i went on my 3rd time. tat clinic is very expensive... 3 medication cost me $45!

I like Dr Lim, always take rubbish with him for 5 min after consultation and we will laugh and joke around. Funny right...

But this new clinic e doc only know how to smile at u at what u talk n he dont talk abt other things except medication. boring.. AND he charged me $45!!!
If i go Dr Lim, at most he will charge me $30...

The previous time i went to the new clinic, i came home with 4 medicines n cost me $35. This time only 3 medicines and is so x

Now i know doctor also had mid-night charge...

as i was on cab to find a chinese doc, i sms some1. this person very stylo 1... by looking at e sms, she know wat is e 'cause' of my illness. though she got it wrong, but the reply is really cute...

rehearsal

had a rehearsal of 3 shows in 1 night. well... some Zhe Zi Cai Pai.
we only had 1 rehearsal of Bi Wen Zhao Qin, so we had another round. Then we go for Xue Dingshan's. Night end with Tang Bo Hu.

I still a bit blur of my movements, though my lines not many but my movements look stone. Sigh...

Horsy

i got an early birthday present this yr! er... still got a few months away though...
so excited with the gift that i start playing with it since i got off e mrt. then there is a couple sitting at near e long mrt corridor. suddenly i heard e gal saying "i also 1 tat thing, so fun to play with". i think the guy gave me a long stare. But heck it lah. my horse can run faster than him.

during commerical while i was watching Han Wu Di, i trying finding a stable for it. But the cloth cover for my drill cane was too small. So i decided to put it on top of the wood cane casing

Tell u something silly. After i received my appointment as NPCC Honorable Instructor appointment, i went to beach road to buy a drill cane. e cane is carried by staff sgt for drill purpose. But was shared among e cadet instructors.

Those canes in sch was there since 1990s lor. the cadet inspectors told me it was there since then. (my CI graduated in 2003) So i decided to buy my own. After MOE changed to 5 day work week, i decided it time for me to 'hang up my cane' and make a box casing as memorial. Although i still went back school to help out weekend big events, e cane is not required.

On top of my cane box is my brother's army officer sword.

So wat's e silly part? my box cost $150, but my case cost only $ 30. (my box is more x than my bro's cos its custom made.)

Hm... wat to name my horsy... will add into comment once i think of something shuai. Any suggestion from any1?

i was at Fu Lu Shou on sat juz b4 class, Master Chen Junrong had predicted Italy as 1st and Germany as 3rd. So i buy Italy to win lor. In e end, i also lost... (1X2)

so excited when we received new script last night.
when i got there, teacher appointed me as boatman. first to be appointed for e show. miko's mom smiled at me n said "i was e previous boatman, now u take over"

When everyone reached, she started 'arrowing' ppl for gcb's show to be a marriage squad. Hey! I am in also!!! Er... any1 getting married, can ask me to b in ur marriage squad also. i dont mind helping out. hehaaa

During the going-through script, i was given another appointment. This time, servant.

Hopefully i able to take sufficient photo. Must buy camera soon liao...

Meiqin - wife of Peter, mother of 4.
Peter - director of a company who go clubbing n only return home to sleep. He dont even know how tall his children r.

Lately the couple had a quarrel n is not on talking terms, almost divorce type...

After 8 yrs, Peter decided to take leave from office to keep family company. But he became a burden cos he dont know anything abt his daughter change dance school, young son's family doctor, etc...
Thus he yue bang yue mang. Even his maid bullied him.

Peter found that he got cancer, wanna find chance to tell Meiqin. However, they end up in quarrel as usual. Peter went to hospital for operation without telling anyone. But he told meiqin tat he's going oversea (without his passport... funny right...)

Meiqin on e other hand was on talking terms with new neighbour, Micheal. Mick told MQ tat Peter had changed (became thinner) but mq no noticed tat...

After operation, Peter stayed in hotel after been chased out of hospital due to lack of hospital bed. Mq n her friends happpened to b in tat hotel for lunch n saw e thinned, weak Peter who used to b da nan ren.

Peter ran when seeing e gals. Mq went to receiption to ask for Peter's room but was informed they r not allowed to give information. Thus Mq left a note...
"Peter, i know something is wrong. Pls come home"

Went GCB to find my mom today. She said she is there n asked me to join her. so i went to find her after returning library books. Ya... completed Book 1 of MDT, still got 2 more

To me, i think its 1 of e worst show i ever seen so far...
Those normally on e streets, at least i will stay for 1 - 1.5 hrs standing there to watch

Got there around 8.40pm. I was sitting at e final roll behind my mom. She didnt see me although i was juz behind her.

Waited til around 9pm before they start singing a few songs. During this period e scene was quite bo liao...
Saw MX leaving after tat...

Abt 9.30, i went to mom n said "Bye, kua bei lo ki. I going home to watch China show"
Mom was surprised to see me. She wanted to ask me company her but my China show overrule her. hahaa... In e end, she gave me her buyings n asked me to bring home...

I dont like Liang Pian... this show virtually all e costumes i saw r with too many shiny plates
